You find the right house. I'm on call for you and your realtor to structure a competitive offer, answer financing questions from the listing agent, and keep the deal clean.

Once your offer is accepted, I move the file through final processing, appraisal, and closing. You get a Friday check-in every week until we close. Then you sign, get the keys, and move in.
